About Me
- Elisa Burgess, M.D.
- I am a board certified cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon and have a private practice in Lake Oswego, Oregon. As a female plastic surgeon I specialize in breast surgery for augmentation , reduction, lift and breast cancer reconstruction as well as abdominoplasty and liposuction. My specialty practice also encompasses facial rejuvenation, including face, neck, cheek, and eyebrow lifts, which may be accompanied by eyelid surgery. I was born and raised in Portland, OR. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State Univ. with honors. I subsequently began medical school at OHSU. Following graduation, I entered my surgical internship at the University of California-San Francisco. While completing my General Surgery residency at OHSU, I did research in wound healing methods at the Northwest Wound Healing Center. In 2001, I completed my Plastic Surgery training, where I received teaching and research honors. I am board certified with the American Board of Plastic Surgeons and the American Board of Surgeons. I am a member of the American Medical Association and am active in surgical organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
